Post-feature-freeze main version bump for the 9.5.0 release (minor). Recreated from #4142 on a non-release/* branch so CI's NOTICE auto-commit isn't blocked by the "Require a PR" ruleset. main now becomes the 9.6.0 development line.

Changes (mirrors #3892, purely additive — nothing trimmed since 9.4/9.3/8.19 are all still shipping; 9.3.8 is elastic/search-team#15106):

  • Bump app/connectors_service/connectors/VERSION and libs/connectors_sdk/connectors_sdk/VERSION to 9.6.0
  • Update elasticsearch-connectors / -sdk entries in both NOTICE.txt files to 9.6.0
  • .backportrc.json: add 9.5 to targetBranchChoices; update branchLabelMapping so ^v9.6.0$ maps to main
  • catalog-info.yaml: add 9.5 daily schedules to the connectors, connectors-nightly, and connectors-nightly-aarch64 pipelines
  • renovate.json: add the v9.6.0 label

Note: CI will stay red until the Elasticsearch 9.6.0 DRA artifact is available (expected).

Release issue: elastic/search-team#14357
